In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph798 governing your use of the Platform. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms, game rules, or supplementary policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following acts: (a) checking the acceptance checkbox during account registration; (b) logging in to an existing ph798 Account; (c) placing a wager or making a deposit; or (d) accessing any Gaming Product or feature of the Platform. Each such act constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they stand at that time.

These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any informal translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain a ph798 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities as regulated in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You have not been self-excluded, indefinitely suspended, or permanently banned from ph798 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ph798 or its technology and gaming service providers.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

ph798 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each person may hold only one (1) ph798 Account. Multiple account registration ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you discover a duplicate Account was inadvertently created, you must notify ph798 support immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ph798 is required under Applicable Laws to conduct identity verification of its Members. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at ph798's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID) and, where applicable, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the prescribed period may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed. Accounts of Members who provide fraudulent KYC documentation will be permanently terminated and the matter referred to appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph798 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using correct credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorized that specific activity, unless you have promptly notified ph798 of unauthorized access.

ph798 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. Failure to enable 2FA does not diminish your responsibility for Account security or limit ph798's liability for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph798 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All Account balances are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph798 does not accept deposits in foreign currency and does not conduct foreign exchange transactions.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph798 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the payment channel selected and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment account verified as belonging to you under the same name as your ph798 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ph798 processes withdrawal requests from verified Accounts within the timelines published on the Platform, typically within 5–10 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfers. ph798 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard amounts; however, fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are outside ph798's control.

ph798 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity, or compliance with an order from a competent Philippine authority.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph798 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and its implementing rules. ph798 is required to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. By using the Platform, you represent that all funds deposited originate from lawful sources. ph798 may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger applicable reporting thresholds.

All Gaming Products on the ph798 Platform are governed by product-specific rules published within each game or product section of the Platform. By participating in any Gaming Product, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the applicable product-specific rules.

All wagers placed on the Platform are final upon confirmation. Once a bet is accepted by the ph798 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific Gaming Product (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a gaming round or wager, ph798 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Members' Wallets. ph798's decision in such circumstances shall be final and binding.

6.1 Live Casino

Live casino games at ph798, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and dragon tiger, use physical dealing equipment streamed from certified studio facilities. Results are determined by physical outcomes (card deals, wheel spins, dice throws) and are not subject to software random number generation. All house edge and return-to-player data published by ph798 are mathematical long-run theoretical figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Slots

Slot games on the ph798 Platform utilize certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed game developers. RTP (return-to-player) percentages are theoretical long-run figures. ph798 does not modify RTP settings applied by the certified game provider.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, odds, and results are managed in accordance with ph798's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. ph798 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or void markets in the event of suspected irregular betting patterns, market manipulation, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, Circle Points rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions") offered by ph798 are subject to these Terms and the specific terms applicable to each Promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the Promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Promotion-specific terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion only.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet amounts applicable to each Promotion are stated in the relevant Promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

ph798 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where ph798 reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion; using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to create guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome; wagering through Bonus Funds on opposite sides of the same market; and any other conduct that ph798 reasonably regards as exploiting the Promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

7.3 Circle Points

Circle Points earned through gameplay on the ph798 Platform are subject to the Circle Programme terms published on the Platform. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between Accounts. ph798 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Circle Programme at any time with reasonable notice.

ph798 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. ph798 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible through Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the Member.
• Loss Limits: Configurable net loss limits over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Timers: Optional session duration reminders that prompt the Member at configurable intervals.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying session duration and net session outcome at regular intervals.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, during which the Member cannot place wagers or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the ph798 Platform, activated immediately upon request and not reversible during the elected exclusion period.

ph798 will not knowingly permit gambling by persons who are self-excluded or subject to a gambling exclusion order. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph798 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one (1) Account, whether using your own identity, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ph798.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any gaming product.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or other non-human tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by ph798.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform or any Gaming Product.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false transaction disputes, or misrepresentation of payment transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph798 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or data from the Platform without ph798's prior written authorization.

ph798 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph798 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, irregular, or unlawful activity; (c) ph798 is required to do so by order of a competent Philippine authority or court; (d) the Member has not satisfied applicable KYC requirements; or (e) ph798 is required to do so pursuant to its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the Member, ph798 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where ph798 determines that funds in the Account represent proceeds of fraud or unlawful activity, those funds may be forfeited and/or remitted to the appropriate authorities. Legitimate Account balances of non-offending Members will be returned through the Member's verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigation.

A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph798 support. Voluntary closure does not affect ph798's right to retain transaction records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations under Philippine law.

All content on the ph798 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and the overall design and look-and-feel of the Platform ("ph798 Content"), is the exclusive property of ph798 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and international intellectual property treaties to which the Philippines is a party.

ph798 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and ph798 Content solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes and only to the extent permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or any ph798 Content; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform; (c) create derivative works based on the Platform or ph798 Content; or (d) use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data collection or extraction tools on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph798's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph798 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistical data, and game strategy information;
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Gaming Product, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph798's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph798 collects, processes, stores, and shares your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and ph798. The Privacy Policy is accessible at ph798.co/privacy-policy.

ph798 processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph798 may be required to disclose Member information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, or other competent Philippine government authorities pursuant to legally binding orders, warrants, or statutory obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of ph798's confidentiality obligations to you.

These Terms and all disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph798 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph798 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ph798 support in writing to seek an informal resolution. ph798 will acknowledge your dispute within five (5) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You expressly consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

ph798 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ph798 will provide reasonable notice to Members through one or more of the following means: (a) prominent notice on the Platform homepage; (b) notification via the Member's registered contact details; or (c) an in-Platform notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
